What Do We Offer?
We offer pre-set meal prep, custom meal prep, custom meals, catering, desserts, pantry and fridge items that are plant-based, vegan, gluten-free and as organic as possible.
How Do I Place My Order?
You can place an order through our Order Online page. If you have any trouble, please visit our Contact page and reach out via email or phone.
When Should I Place My Order?
Menus become available on Wednesdays. Orders must be placed by that following Sunday by 8:00am (US Central Time).
When Are Pick-Up Days?
The meal preps are ready every Monday night by 7:30pm. On Monday night and throughout Tuesday, there will be options for delivery and pick-up. Please let us know if you prefer pick-up or delivery and which day/time works best for you.
Do You Deliver?
Yes, we deliver. A fee will be applied based on the distance of the delivery location.
Where Do I Pick Up?
Pick-ups are available in McKinney or Plano, Texas
What Payment Methods Do You Accept?
You can pay via card through our Order Online, or through Venmo with no added tax: @aks_plantpantry.
Can You Make Non-Gluten Free Items?
Yes. We can make any item custom for your needs, as long as it is 100% vegan.
How Large Are Your Portion Sizes?
We use containers between 24 -32 ounces for our packaging. Most customers say our portions are large and they can get 1-3 portions from each serving.
What Do You Mean By "Organic As Possible"?
We source all of our products with the intention of buying 100% organic. Sometimes, there are certain ingredients that are not available as organic. We take pride in sourcing from trusted stores who have high, positive environmental impacts and choose their products intentionally, such as Sprouts and Whole Foods.
What Kind Of Packaging Do You Use?
We proudly use Eco-Products for our packaging. From it's start in 1990, Eco-Products has used as few virgin products as possible when creating their packaging. Using recycled paper, sugar cane, and other biodegradable plant plastics, they proudly display their company's carbon footprint map on their website. Eco-Products is a B-Corporation whose "goal is to be a leader in the sustainability movement." For more information on Eco-Products, check out their website!
